Director / Head Coach
Jakub Pietrzak
Jakub is an experienced UEFA qualified football coach and a certified football scout. Currently working as a 1st team scout for Millwall FC (Championship). Worked for clubs such as Crawley Town FC (League One - U23s Coach) or Bromley FC (League Two - U15/U16s coach). Graduated at UCFB Wembley/Coventry University in Sport Management.

Created E-PPRO to help talented players not only to improve their football skills but to inspire and support them. Very passionate about football, watching numerous games each week and interested in individual development. ​​​
Football Coach
Michael Brady
Michael is currently a Talent Scout at West Ham United and has been involved in both coaching (UEFA B) and scouting for years having also worked in a similar role for Chelsea. Michael has a great eye for players and has a good understanding of the levels in Academy football which helps our players in setting up targets and objectives to get to the next level. Michael played football at professional and semi-professional level and he is really passionate about the game.

Joined E-PPRO to support the development of players between the age of 12-16 years old for both 121 and group sessions.
S&C Coach
Saquib Rahman
Saquib is an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience including in professional football, rugby and multi sport groups at professional clubs, NGBs, universities and schools. Currently conducting research and completing a Masters Degree.

Saquib is mostly involved in creating development plans for E-PPRO players in the physical "corner". He works individually with players and supports the ones coming back from injuries.
S&C Coach
Niall Baines
​Graduate from the University of Exeter with over 3 years of working in elite sport S&C. Haing worked with all levels of athletes, Niall currently works with Saracens RFC Academy and Women's players from England and Ireland National team footballers.

Niall's mostly involved in the group sessions, where he aims develop foundational movement patterns and skills. He also runs all the warm ups and injury prevention exercises.
